Salary range (but not limited to):
47,100 - 57,500Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.
About the role
We're looking for a Debris Management Specialist Agent to join our growing team for a 12-month secondment!
Who are we?
The SOI (Support Opération Indemnisation) department handles the administrative aspect and analysis of total loss files, as well as vehicle management (carcass). In particular, the team handles the transfer of ownership to the SAAQ, follows up with recyclers and maintains close collaboration with all parties involved, with the aim of providing excellent customer service and closing files quickly and correctly.
The role
The objective of the position is twofold: firstly, to manage the vehicle declared a total loss, and secondly, to handle SAAQ documentation (from the creation of the power of attorney to the official transfer of ownership). The agent must also keep track of files through to closure, analyze estimates to produce the total loss document, and resolve special cases by proposing solutions while guiding the expert.
Office: Montreal, Laval, Quebec City or St-Hyacinthe
The hybrid model includes 2 days of office presence.
What you'll be doing here :
- Perform various daily administrative tasks such as document creation, data entry, related to debris management.
- Support the expert in the processing of administrative tasks in total loss files.
- Manage correspondence and ensure quality and accuracy of information.
- Transcribe data from documents or databases using standard practices.
- Respond to various requests from stakeholders.
- Support projects or new initiatives upon request.
What you bring to the table:
- Administrative Technician or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3 years minimum of experience in an office environment
- Legendary customer service and relationship building
- Exemplary written and verbal communication
- Highly organized and able to manage workflow efficiently without continuous supervision
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
