
Facility Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Summary
Clean and maintain building.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Clean and detail office spaces, includes dusting, vacuuming, and wiping down work areas.
- Emptying trash.
- Clean inside windows.
- Clean and supply bathrooms.
- Shampoo carpets when needed.
- Ensure cleaning supplies are stocked and put away after use.
- Small maintenance duties.
- Other duties may be assigned.

Education and/or Experience
High School Diploma or GED; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
