Deal Processing Specialist

Your Responsibilities:

• Review deal paperwork to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Post new and used vehicle deals into Tekion.
• Verify pricing, rebates, trade-ins, and financing details.
• Partner with Sales and Finance teams to resolve discrepancies or missing information.
• Track deals through the funding process.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date deal logs.
• Assist with month-end close to ensure all deals are properly posted.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment 
• Familiarity with automotive deal structure or financing paperwork
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems (Tekion experience is a plus)
• Previous dealership experience (billing, title, or accounting office)
• Effective communication skills with a team-oriented mindset 
• Automotive or accounting experience preferred, but not required
