Machine Lead - 1st Shift

HSM is seeking a Machine Lead to oversee daily production operations, support machine performance, and lead a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you’ll operate and troubleshoot equipment, coordinate workflow, monitor production metrics, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of manufacturing experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and prior leadership or team lead experience.
