Gluer - 1st Shift

HSM is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Gluer to join our 1st shift team (Monday-Friday 6:30 am - 3 pm) at our Hickory Foam location. In this hands-on role, you’ll assemble products by gluing foam, fiber, and other materials according to specification sheets, while ensuring quality and accuracy at every step. You’ll help track production, maintain a clean and safe workspace, and follow all PPE and safety guidelines. The ideal candidate has strong hand-eye coordination, basic math skills, and the ability to read and follow instructions. Previous gluing or manufacturing experience is a plus!
