About this Position: As a Controlling Trainee for the Europe IMEA region, you will support and contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting, processes, and communication within the regional controlling team while collaborating closely with regional business controllers across Europe IMEA, as well as country-level and global controlling teams. In this role, we are seeking a team member with strong analytical capabilities and a solid business foundation who is eager to learn and develop into future controlling roles. The ideal candidate demonstrates curiosity, initiative, and the confidence to bring fresh perspectives while constructively challenging the status quo and making improvements over time. What you´ll do: Support regional closing activities by updating reporting overviews, investigating significant changes across key P L lines and coordinating with country controllers Prepare ad-hoc analyses, deep dives, simulations, presentations, and reports based on business needs Validate and analyze data from different stakeholders Lead and present smaller initiatives and projects Contribute to the further development of the trainee program and support onboarding of new trainees towards the end of the traineeship
