Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the Authority's mission and vision, articulating how strategic plans support the organization's operating model.
- Engage with relevant stakeholders, including the Board of Directors and the Governor, to gather critical input and insights for setting strategic priorities.
- Facilitate workshops and strategy sessions to ensure alignment with the Authority's mission.
- Conduct detailed internal and external analyses to evaluate current trends, opportunities, and challenges, using qualitative and quantitative data.
- Perform competitive analysis and market research to identify industry trends and benchmark best practices.
- Develop scenario planning and forecasting models to anticipate future conditions and strategic needs.
- Formulate ZATCA's long-term strategy and strategic initiatives based on a thorough assessment of internal capabilities and external opportunities.
- Develop strategic plans that outline detailed projects, budgets, key performance indicators (KPIs), and required stakeholders, ensuring they meet institutional needs and align with the operational model design.
- Establish a strategic roadmap that includes timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
