Full-Time RN Medical Team Administrator
📍 Polk County Detention Center | North Carolina
⏰ 10-Hour Shifts | Rotating Schedule (Includes Every Other Weekend) + On-Call Oversight


You’re not just a nurse—you’re the steady hand, the decision-maker, the one who keeps everything moving with purpose and precision.

At Southern Health Partners, this role places you at the center of daily operations. As the RN Medical Team Administrator, you’ll provide clinical leadership, ensure continuity of care, and serve as the primary point of oversight for the medical program at the facility.

This is a focused leadership role where you’ll partner closely with one other nurse who works the opposite rotation—creating consistency, accountability, and seamless care across schedules. You’ll work a 10-hour rotating schedule while also serving as the on-call resource for the site, helping ensure care remains uninterrupted and standards stay high.


🩺 What You’ll Do

  • Provide overall clinical oversight for the facility’s medical program
  • Coordinate and deliver patient care alongside your nursing counterpart
  • Serve as the on-call clinical leader for the site
  • Ensure compliance with policies, protocols, and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with custody staff and internal teams to support safe, effective care
  • Maintain accurate documentation and oversee quality assurance processes

âś… Qualifications

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina
  • Previous correctional and/or leadership experience preferred
  • Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
