Kitchen Team Member

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Team Member to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, has a strong work ethic, and thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This role involves food preparation, assisting with cooking, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and supporting daily kitchen operations.

• Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, slicing, and measuring according to recipes and kitchen standards
• Assist with cooking and assembling menu items under the direction of the chef or line cook
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
• Properly store, label, and rotate food items to maintain freshness and quality
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen, including prep areas, equipment, and utensils
• Monitor food inventory and report low stock, shortages, or expired items
• Receive, inspect, and store food deliveries following proper procedures
• Support dishwashing, sanitation, and general kitchen cleaning duties
• Remove trash and maintain cleanliness of all work areas
• Perform additional kitchen duties as assigned

• Previous experience in kitchen, food service, or restaurant prep preferred
• Basic understanding of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions with accuracy
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
• Team-oriented with good communication skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation required
