Testing and Validation Engineer – Lighting Electronics

FORVIA - HELLA Electronics Corporation is seeking a dynamic and experienced Testing and Validation Engineer – Lighting Electronics. The focus of this role will be to guide the overall application, system, and qualification testing for a next generation ECU system. Daily Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for OEM, Tier 1’s and internal global development and testing teams Coordinate the test planning process for multiple part numbers. Maintain full visibility of test status and results executed both locally and globally, ensuring continuous alignment with European counterparts. Define and optimize testing standards to improve execution efficiency and reduce testing time. Manage system level testing from test creation through execution and reporting. Validate test variants generated due to engineering changes to support production introduction.
