Job Description
- Own the overall business health, revenue enablement strategy, and adoption metrics for RCS for Business within your market with and through partners, formulate and execute the multi-year partner roadmap.
- Drive alignment across competing market players to build a frictionless RCS ecosystem, while accelerating enterprise brand adoption by partnering with a set of companies to launch flagship, industry-first conversational commerce experiences with leading brands as these partners include but not be limited to AI-native agent builders and Communications Service Providers (CSPs), Customer Relationship Management (CRM)/Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), Marketing Technologies (MarTechs), Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS) providers and other industry participants.
- Serve as a primary strategic advisor to global Product and Engineering leadership, translating local market regulatory nuances, commercial/technical hurdles, and partner dynamics into high-priority product requirements.
- Represent Google as the preeminent thought leader for RCS and business messaging at major country-wide and European industry events, regulatory discussions, and executive roundtables.
- Provide mentorship and strategic guidance to local and regional partner managers, while establishing best practices, repeatable commercial frameworks, and negotiation playbooks for the broader EMEA partnerships team.
