Job Description
It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing!
We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Strategic Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between senior leadership and the Finance team on large-scale investments, acquisitions, and other high-priority growth initiatives.
· Early-Stage Project Support: Engage at the inception of new projects and investment ideas — working alongside leadership to define scope, assess viability, and structure financial approaches before formal processes begin.
· Financial Modeling & Scenario Analysis: Build and stress-test detailed financial models across a range of scenarios for prospective acquisitions, capital projects, and strategic investments; identify potential financing hurdles and market risks early in the process.
· M&A & Deal Structuring: Integrate deal models and transaction structures into Aligned's broader financial planning and reporting frameworks; support due diligence, valuation, and deal execution activities.
· Capital Formation: Collaborate with Finance leadership to develop capital raise strategies and support engagement with lenders, investors, and other financing counterparties.
· Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with internal stakeholders across Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure seamless integration of new investments into the organization.
· Ad Hoc Executive Support: Serve as a trusted analytical and strategic resource for senior leaders — supporting any emerging project or initiative that requires rigorous financial thinking and execution.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:
In this role, you won't just be an analyst — you'll be a builder. You'll be in the room at the earliest stages of Aligned's most consequential projects, helping leadership pressure-test ideas, model the path forward, and structure the financing to make them real. If you're someone who thrives when the playbook hasn't been written yet, this role is for you.
