Responsibilities
Maintenance / Landscaping Technician
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable Maintenance / Landscaping Technician to support the upkeep of our facilities and outdoor spaces. This role is responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, ensuring grounds are well-maintained, and addressing repair needs in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance and minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, painting, etc.)
Maintain landscaping, including mowing, trimming, edging, and planting
Ensure outdoor areas are clean, safe, and visually appealing
Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools
Respond to maintenance requests and complete work orders
Conduct routine inspections of facilities and grounds
Assist with seasonal tasks (snow removal, leaf cleanup, irrigation checks, etc.)
Follow safety guidelines and report any hazards
Qualifications:
Previous experience in maintenance and/or landscaping preferred
Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and repair techniques
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in various weather conditions
Preferred Skills:
Experience with irrigation systems
Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge
Familiarity with safety procedures and maintenance protocols
