Responsibilities

Maintenance / Landscaping Technician

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable Maintenance / Landscaping Technician to support the upkeep of our facilities and outdoor spaces. This role is responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, ensuring grounds are well-maintained, and addressing repair needs in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance and minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, painting, etc.)

• Maintain landscaping, including mowing, trimming, edging, and planting

• Ensure outdoor areas are clean, safe, and visually appealing

• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools

• Respond to maintenance requests and complete work orders

• Conduct routine inspections of facilities and grounds

• Assist with seasonal tasks (snow removal, leaf cleanup, irrigation checks, etc.)

• Follow safety guidelines and report any hazards

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in maintenance and/or landscaping preferred

• Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and repair techniques

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Strong attention to detail and reliability

• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in various weather conditions

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with irrigation systems

• Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge

• Familiarity with safety procedures and maintenance protocols
