Make a Difference in Your Community The Department of Public Health for St. Louis County Government is actively looking to hire a Public Health Nurse  (PHN) to join their team. This nursing position will provide community nursing needs through the Public Health Nursing program. The candidate who fills this role will provide home-visits to low-income prenatal/postpartum families weekly to every other week. This PHN will manage a caseload of approximately 15 PHN clients.
