Key Responsibilities:
Provide community-based mental health services including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and intervention implementation
Collaborate with clients, families, and other stakeholders to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Utilize a strengths-based approach that incorporates evidence-based practices such as Motivational Interviewing, Positive Reinforcement Techniques, Trauma-Informed Strategies, CBT, and DBT
Provide behavioral interventions using methods including cognitive processing, operant conditioning, and group dynamics
Coordinate care with external providers including physicians, psychiatrists, schools, and community organizations
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and client progress
Facilitate PSR (Psychosocial Rehabilitation) group sessions as aligned with treatment plan goals
Participate in ongoing staff development and training opportunities
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives through data collection and reporting
Build and maintain collaborative relationships with families, schools, and community supports
Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in counseling and guidance, rehabilitation counseling, social work, education, vocational counseling, psychology, pastoral counseling, family therapy, or a related human service field;
OR...A high school diploma / GED and 5 years supervised clinical experience in mental health or human services.

Self-motivated and organized
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Ability to navigate and coordinate community-based resources
Proficiency in written communication, with the ability to complete documentation accurately and within prescribed timeframes.
