NOW HIRING: SPA MANAGER
Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa | Montgomeryville, PA

$40,000–$45,000 Base Salary + Monthly Bonus Opportunities
 Bonus potential based on membership growth, average ticket performance, gift card sales, and spa revenue goals.

At Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, we’re looking for a motivated, people-focused Spa Manager to lead daily operations, inspire a high-performing team, and help grow our membership-based spa business in Montgomeryville, PA. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coaching teams, driving sales performance, and creating exceptional guest experiences. Spa experience is a plus — but leadership, sales, and customer service experience are what matter most. We’ll teach you the spa industry side.

The Spa Manager Will
  •  Lead daily spa operations and support overall business growth 
  •  Drive membership sales, retail performance, and guest retention 
  •  Coach, motivate, and develop a diverse team 
  •  Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to improve results 
  •  Create and execute local marketing and community outreach initiatives 
  •  Optimize schedules, staffing, and operational efficiency 
  •  Resolve guest concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction 
  •  Maintain spa cleanliness, inventory, and brand standards 
  •  Hire, train, mentor, and support team members 
  •  Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations 
Our Spa Manager Needs
  •  Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or membership-based businesses 
  •  Strong leadership and communication skills 
  •  Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for team development 
  •  Organized, dependable, and able to multitask effectively 
  •  Comfortable analyzing reports and using performance metrics to drive decisions 
  •  Positive attitude with the ability to build strong relationships with staff and guests 
  •  Spa, wellness, or fitness industry experience is a plus, but not required
