Jeff Wyler Hyundai of Beavercreek is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Lot Technician/Driver to support daily dealership operations. This role is responsible for maintaining vehicle organization on the lot, assisting with vehicle movement, and ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient environment for customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain vehicle inventory on the lot and in designated areas
• Move vehicles between sales, service, and storage areas as needed
• Ensure vehicles are clean, presentable, and properly parked
• Assist in preparing vehicles for delivery, including fueling and basic inspections
• Shuttle vehicles to and from off-site locations, auctions, or customer homes when required
• Monitor lot conditions and report any damage, hazards, or maintenance issues
• Install dealer tags, stickers, and other required materials
• Support sales and service teams with vehicle-related tasks
• Follow all safety procedures and dealership policies

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
