YOUR IMPACT
- Do you love solving complex puzzles where business strategy meets technical innovation?

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
- Lead the design of multi-dimensional models, including seat-based, consumption-based, and value-infused frameworks with company’s profit margin and customers expense predictability in mind
- Partner with Product Management to evaluate and strategize the right bundling approach that make our AI offers irresistible.
- Benchmark our strategy against hyperscale’s, AI-first startups and other key industry competitors to ensure we remain a market leader.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Experience: 5+ years in B2B software pricing and packaging.
- Expertise: Deep familiarity with SaaS monetization and usage-based metrics.
- AI Advantage: Prior experience pricing AI features or models (a major plus!).
- Education: MBA with a hybrid tech/business background
- Communication: Strong ability to present complex data as a clear, compelling story.
- Analytical: MSFT Office power user. Ability to use PowerBI is a plus.

Compensation: At OpenText, we offer a thoughtfully designed benefits package that supports your physical, emotional, and financial wellbeing. As you move through the hiring process, we’re happy to provide more details about our compensation programs, including variable and commission compensation opportunities for eligible roles, vacation entitlement, and paid time off.
Salary Range: $118,000 - $168,000; Depending on the candidate’s education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
