Job Description:
Role Purpose:
Supervise, organize, and optimize daily production activities to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and compliance with site objectives.
The Production Team Leader ensures smooth operations by coordinating teams, enforcing HSE and quality standards, and following the production schedule, while actively supporting operators and driving continuous improvement on the shop floor.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety of personnel and production activities in line with HSE standards
- Supervise and coordinate operators and subcontractors to ensure efficient production
- Monitor and adjust daily production activities to meet the production schedule
- Ensure product quality and compliance with customer specifications
- Identify issues, respond to operational disruptions, and maintain production continuity
- Contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives
- Support, motivate, and develop team members on a daily basis
- Monitor resource usage and escalate any cost or performance deviations
About you:
- 3–5 years of experience in industrial production, ideally in heavy industry or materials environment
- First experience in team supervision or a strong operational lead role
- Good understanding of production processes, HSE standards, and quality requirements
- Ability to prioritize, solve problems, and react quickly to operational issues
- Strong communication and team leadership skills with a hands-on approach
- Proactive, organized, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment
