- Provisions, maintains, reviews and removes access / privileges for users.
- Ensure that requests are in-line with SLAs and updated efficiently and effectively.
- Works with other departments, providing necessary support for user access incidents / issues.
- Responsible for identifying and delivering improvements to the knowledge base, support processes & tools.
- Maintaining the IT Asset register.
- Learn about our Systems in order to be able to provide support to our users.
- Logging customers support issues raised via our ticketing system
- Carrying out basic investigation, gathering of information and troubleshooting.
- Keeping users updated on the status of their support issues.
- Escalating issues to the relevant teams.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Familiar with Linux Systems
- Familiar with MySQL
- Familiar with Virtual and Cloud Environments
- Familiar with IAM Systems
- Strong Troubleshooting skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow process and procedures
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Quick learner and willing to improve own skills continuously and adapt to change in a fast-moving atmosphere
- Hybrid working - 3 days per week at the office, with flexibility for 2 days at home
