Job Description
FrontEnd Support Engineer (React)
Requirements.
Must Have Experience:
- +3-4 years experience with React.js (Hooks, State Management, Component Lifecycle)
- JavaScript / TypeScript
- HTML5, CSS3
- Experience debugging complex front-end issues in production environments.
- Knowledge of Node.js
- GraphQL
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Background working in Application Support, AMS, or production support models.
- Jira.
Nice to have:
- AWS
Responsibilities.
- Lead the analysis and resolution of complex production incidents, particularly those requiring deep debugging of React components and front-end integrations.
- Perform end-to-end root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent solutions to prevent recurrence of production issues.
- Design, estimate, and implement minor enhancements and code changes aligned with application architecture and business requirements.
- Review, refactor, and optimize existing React codebase to improve maintainability, performance, and reusability.
- Manage and execute code merges, deployments, and release activities, ensuring compatibility across environments and adherence to SDLC processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements, define technical solutions, and estimate effort for backlog items.
- Ensure application stability and continuous improvement by proactively identifying risks, performance issues, and optimization opportunities.
Required Languages.
- English: Advanced (ability to communicate effectively with US-based stakeholders)
