Manager Ground Operations & Agreements (m/f/x)

Responsible for the contract management and performance of the stations/airports. Identify, select, contract and monitor services of Ground Service Providers and other providers at Airports Monitor Service Level Agreements with Ground Service Providers and internal departments to ensure commercial aspects as well to ensure safety, compliance and operational aspects of the operations. Monitor overall performance and propose/take actions to improve ground handling services and on-time performance. Establish and maintain strong relationship with all clients, partners and networks. Carry out administrative tasks such as managing budgets, gathering data, preparing reports, database management. Monitor regulatory and other industry changes affecting processes procedures within the scope of Ground Operations and propose/implement changes if/where applicable We are looking for a candidate who will support our Ground Operations Safety Compliance function. This person will directly report to Nominated person Ground Operations for regulatory compliance, documentation and operational standards across airline Ground Operations area, with responsibility for: Monitor and implement regulatory changes affecting Ground Operations Manual and De-icing Manual using WebManuals platform Develop, update, and maintain operational documentation (procedures, memos, instructions) Support safety, security and compliance matters Performing Management of Change and Risk Assessments Support internal and external audits and inspections Assess and manage special operational cases requiring feasibility analysis for exceptions not covered by existing procedures Contribute to the introduction and/or review of airline products and services
