Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Compensation Analyst to join Cornerstone OnDemand’s Total Rewards team. In this role, reporting to the Manager, Compensation, you will lead the development, implementation, and administration of global compensation programs that support business needs while maintaining compliance and enabling competitive, equitable, and scalable practices. Additionally, you will contribute to EMEA benefits and total rewards initiatives, aiding in the strategy and execution of these programs. In this role you will: • Lead the planning and execution of the annual compensation cycle, bonus payouts, market benchmarking, pay analyses, and related programs. • Manage compensation processes with a focus on data integrity, accuracy, reporting quality, and continuous improvement. • Partner with Talent Acquisition and People Business Partners as a trusted advisor on compensation matters, providing clear analysis and guidance on offers, pay decisions, and policy alignment, with an understanding of regional market practices and regulations. • Conduct in depth compensation analysis and modeling to support program design, pay recommendations, and market competitiveness. • Lead participation in compensation surveys, including Radford and Comptryx, and perform market benchmarking at scale to ensure competitive pay ranges and structures. • Perform financial modeling and cost analysis for current and proposed total rewards programs and initiatives. • Build and enhance compensation tools, dashboards, templates, and reporting, translating data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders. • Support EMEA benefits for ~20-30% of time; including employee data reporting for benefit plan renewals. • Monitor global and EMEA-specific regulatory developments, including EU Pay Transparency requirements, and partner with HR and Legal to ensure compliance readiness. • Ensure compensation and benefit practices comply with applicable laws and regulations, and uphold strong data security and privacy standards. You’ve got what it takes if you... • 5+ years of compensation experience; strong knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and compliance requirements. • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets. • Strong analytical judgment and attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high quality work on time. • Demonstrated ability to independently own outcomes, prioritize effectively, navigate ambiguity, and provide clear, actionable recommendations to Talent Acquisition, People Business Partners, and business stakeholders. Extra dose of Awesomeness: • Experience with global compensation in the technology industry. • Understanding of EMEA regulatory and compliance landscape, including the EU Pay Transparency Directive requirements. • Exposure to and interest in EMEA benefit practices. • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) certification. • Familiarity with Microsoft Access and/or SQL, or openness to learning.
