Job Description
The Marketing Intern supports the brand by helping execute a more robust, social-first and digital-led approach across platforms. The role assists in content creation, community engagement, and digital activations while providing hands-on support in brand initiatives to strengthen awareness, relevance, and consistency across touchpoints.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Support the marketing team in churning out quick, pocket-sized digital content that is highly relevant to the brand’s target audience
· Assist in adapting social and digital content formats based on platform trends and audience behavior
· Help plan, execute, and document brand activations and on-ground events, including social coverage and post-event content
· Provide execution support during events (e.g., coordination, basic set-up, content capture) to ensure smooth brand presence
· Assist in consolidating feedback and learnings from digital content and brand activations for continuous improvement
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
SKILLS:
· Social-first content creation skills, with an eye for what resonates with the target market
· Strong understanding of digital and social media platforms, trends, and basic formats
· Ability to support on-ground brand activations and events with hands-on execution
· Good coordination and teamwork skills when working with the marketing team and partners
· Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset to handle fast-paced marketing tasks
EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS:
· Currently enrolled in a college or university program related to Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a similar field
*Good to have but not mandatory:
· Experience in managing personal, org, or school social media pages (e.g., org accounts, class projects, content pages)
· Exposure to basic content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Instagram/TikTok native tools) through schoolwork or personal projects
· Participation in school events, org activities, or internships involving promotions, events, or brand support
· Strong interest in consumer brands, social media trends, and digital marketing, with willingness to learn and execute fast
