To ensure full compliance with environmental regulations and corporate sustainability standards by managing water and wastewater treatment processes, air emissions, and waste management activities. The role aims to minimize environmental impact, improve resource efficiency, and support continuous improvement of environmental performance through monitoring, reporting, and implementation of best practices within the facility.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

• Improvement of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Documentation process and expansion of ISO 45001 Management System
• Support the implementation of environmental management systems related to waste, wastewater, emissions, and chemicals within the factory,
• Assist in waste management processes and on-site environmental compliance activities,
• Support waste reduction initiatives and water consumption optimization projects,
• Participate in environmental permit, monitoring, and reporting processes,
• Take part in sustainability and continuous environmental improvement projects,
• Support daily environmental operations, data collection, and record keeping.
• Support on SHE Digitalization and environmental Kaizen projects

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

SKILLS:

• Fluent in English & Turkish, both written and spoken
• Digital native, analytical ability, and Statistical Process Control
• Data and detail oriented
• Flexibility to adapt to different situations and ways of working
• Problem solving and continuous improvement process
• Knowledge of operating biological waste water treatment plant
• Interested in environmental legislation, sustainability, and manufacturing operations,
• Proficient in MS Office applications, (Power BI knowledge is a plus)
• Eager to learn, responsible, and a strong team player,

EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS:  

• The candidate must reside in Corlu and work on-site at the factory office 5 days a week.
• Eager to learn and curious. 
• Knowledgeable and skilled in using MS programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering
