Demand Planning Specialist

Demand Forecasting:

• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, demand packs, and customer insights to develop accurate demand forecasts.
• Support the monthly demand review process by preparing forecast models and scenario analyses.

Data Management and Reporting:

• Maintain and update demand planning tools and ERP systems (SAP preferred) to ensure accurate data inputs and outputs.
• Generate and distribute reports on forecast accuracy, inventory levels, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

S&OP Process Support:

• Assist in the coordination and execution of the regional S&OP process, including data preparation and presentation support for meetings.
• Identify gaps and risks in the demand plan and collaborate with stakeholders to address them.

Inventory Optimization:

• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure optimal stock availability.
• Identify trends or issues that could impact inventory turnover and service levels.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with commercial teams to integrate market intelligence and promotional plans into the demand forecast.
• Support production planning and procurement teams by providing accurate demand inputs.
