This role is located in Austin, Texas.
Responsibilities
- Effective communication with customer
- Daily product inspection and monitoring
- Attention and negotiation of customer-reported problems
- Immediate daily communication to plant
- Effective containment activation generating clean points
- Segregation and identification of material
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors Degree preferred
- 1+ year of experience as a quality resident
- Language: English fluency (Chinese or Spanish experience)
- Knowledge & Skill:
- Customer standards and procedure
- Quality system ISO TS 16949, IATF
- Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Quality Tools
- Problem Resolution
- Work under pressure
