As the first point of contact for our service customers, you’ll play a key role in delivering an outstanding dealership experience while supporting one of the most respected automotive groups in the nation.
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers arriving for service appointments with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Assist customers with basic service inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team members
- Manage customer check-in and waiting area needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks, filing, and data entry
- Support the service department with various customer service and clerical duties
- Help create a positive experience that keeps customers coming back
What We’re Looking For
- Previous receptionist, customer service, hospitality, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Reliable, organized, and customer-focused
- Automotive dealership experience is a plus, but not required
