Job Description
The person in this role will lead and coordinate Field Service activities and resources from the back office for equipment and/or service operations. Below are the key responsibilities associated with this position: Define the workload forecast in conjunction with relevant stakeholders and drive the best resources utilization and planning. (P) Assess the resources competences and skills to perform the job and ensure skills development where gaps are in place (L/D) Ensure required Safety, Health Environmental trainings, and certifications. (L) Lead the field resources in the sub region to ensure proper management of onsite installation and service activities to meet Customer satisfaction. (D) Secure excellence in term of cooperation between the FSEs and main execution stockholders (ISM PMe) being accountable to solve controversial situation if any generated during FSEs the mission on site.
