Job Description
• Drive and support global process initiatives in collaboration with process teams and end users. (tool functionality development, process mapping, improvement, and training) • Work closely with other Process Drivers to align and harmonize processes across all service functions. • Contribute to the creation of documentation and training materials (process flows, mapping etc.). • Boost KPIs performance by developing and tracking process KPIs across key functions. • Lead or actively participate in global tool system developments supporting the company’s strategy.
