Field Service Technician (M/W/D)

Install, commission, and test Sidel equipment, including individual machines and complete production lines. Troubleshoot, prevent, and perform corrective maintenance on machines — covering electrical, mechanical, and automation aspects, on high-speed production lines. Carry out precise technical diagnostics, share feedback with internal support teams, and propose corrective actions. Manage equipment upgrades and optimization, including both hardware and software updates. Work closely with project managers and technical support teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Train and empower customer operators and maintenance technicians to ensure efficient use of the equipment. Fully comply with Sidel’s and customers’ safety rules, maintaining clear communication throughout all interventions.
