Production Manager

Organise and manage workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing production schedules for both new and refurbished parts to cover, DV’s Overhaul activities. Oversee and coach Coordinator's/ employees, ensuring the safe use of equipment and adherence to regular maintenance schedules. Monitor and verify production output to ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards. Identify inefficiencies in the production process and implement actionable improvements. Drive quality control initiatives and ensure on-time delivery of both new and refurbished assembles/parts to our customers. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the team. Coordinate in-and-out processes for assemblies and rebuilding activities, ensuring seamless logistics and communication between teams and customers.
