Line Solutions Projects Director (M/W/D)

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of project managers across multiple regions and cultures. Ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery of projects, aligned with key KPIs such as OTIF (On-Time-In-Full) and TTD (Time-To-Delivery). Collaborate with Product Management, Regional Services, and Sourcing teams to define strategies, drive continuous improvement, and optimize performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with regional stakeholders, ensuring transparent and proactive communication regarding project status, risks, and mitigation plans. Implement and oversee cost control measures and lead cost reduction initiatives in collaboration with procurement teams. Evaluate, select, and implement project management tools and IT solutions to streamline workflows and enhance team productivity. Represent the project management function in executive governance meetings, providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations. Promote a culture of accountability, managerial courage, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
