SAP EWM Functional Engineer (S/4HANA | Warehouse & SCM)
We’re looking for an SAP EWM Functional Engineer to support S/4HANA deployments and drive the optimization of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions in a post go‑live (AMS) environment.
You’ll work as part of a global team, closely collaborating with business stakeholders, partners, and cross‑functional teams to ensure stable, efficient, and compliant warehouse operations.
What you’ll do
Provide functional support for SAP EWM aligned with the global S/4HANA template
Support core EWM processes such as inbound/outbound, RF, warehouse tasks & orders, internal movements, physical inventory, and yard management
Handle advanced EWM functions (slotting, wave management, production integration)
Resolve incidents, service requests, and defects in an application maintenance environment
Support system stability during critical warehouse cycles (peak season, inventory counts, year‑end close)
Collaborate across Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Finance domains
What we’re looking for
Hands‑on experience with SAP EWM (implementation and/or support)
Strong understanding of EWM processes (RF, deconsolidation, kitting, shipping cockpit)
Experience in a global support or production environment
Knowledge of SAP integrations (MM, SD, PP, FI)
Strong analytical and communication skills
SAP EWM certification is a strong plus
Ability to work in a complex, international setup
Fluent in Polish and English
