As an intern, some of your roles and responsibilities may include:

• Assist the Project Manager to ensure project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards are in accordance with company policy and contract specifications are met

• Communicate with client and other facility occupants to ensure customer satisfaction and enhance our opportunity

• Participate in monthly meetings with clients.

• Oversee work orders including managing staff and that work order management systems is kept current.

• Provide monthly client and management reports as per contract and FMO team requirements.

• Tracks, analyzes, and trends project costs.

REQUIREMENTS

• A great attitude and enthusiasm for learning

• Available from May to August 2026

• Completed or pursuing a degree or diploma in a related field such as Building systems engineering / technician / technologist

Expected compensation for this role is a starting pay range between $21-24/hour dependent on education level, skills and experience.
