Back to jobsEnsure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Assist engineers with data collection, analysis, and reporting for process improvements and operational performance.
Support ongoing capital and maintenance projects, including planning, tracking, and documentation.
Participate in troubleshooting equipment and process issues alongside engineering and operations teams.
Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and technical documentation.
Conduct time studies, process mapping, and efficiency evaluations.
Assist in evaluating equipment performance and identifying opportunities for reliability improvements.
Support continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, Six Sigma, or other operational excellence efforts.
Perform basic engineering calculations and assist with design modifications under supervision.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, maintenance, and safety.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and project documentation.
Follow all company policies, procedures, and food safety requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned.
