Job Description
En tant qu'Agent d’Accueil pour l'agence Europcar de Nice aéroport, vous serez un véritable ambassadeur de notre marque en prenant le soin de porter les valeurs du Groupe Europcar. Convaincu par l’importance de l’excellence du service, vous aurez à cœur de procurer à nos clients une expérience de qualité.
Dans ce cadre, vos principales missions en contact direct à la clientèle seront les suivantes :
Orienter les clients dès leur arrivée selon leurs besoins (client de passage, clients avec réservation…)
Les Informer sur nos services et produits (disponibilité en véhicules, équipements spéciaux, services aux clients…)
Les aider à utiliser nos services afin de limiter leur attente au comptoir
Les accompagner dans la prise en main des véhicules (explication utilisation, Installation Siège Bébé, Réglages GPS, modalités de retours des véhicules, etc...) et en particulier sur notre gamme Sélection
Contrôler la qualité de la préparation des véhicules
Etablir un état des dommages au départ des véhicules
Participer à l’inventaire du parc en liaison avec les équipes back office
Inviter les clients à répondre à notre enquête de satisfaction

Contrat saisonnier temps plein de 4 à 5 mois avec une prise de fonction à partir du mois de mai.
