We’re looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented Client Care Specialist to join our team. Reporting to the Care Center Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering professional, high-quality customer service while supporting clients through important and often sensitive moments.

What You’ll Do
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person
- Build strong relationships with clients and assist with product orders
- Respond to inquiries about products and services with clarity and care
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions or follow-ups
- Coordinate service requests to ensure expectations are met or exceeded
- Maintain strong product knowledge across all offerings
- Support administrative and operational processes with accuracy and efficiency
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment and assist with additional tasks as needed
What You Bring
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or client care role
- A high level of integrity, professionalism, and compassion, especially when working in sensitive environments
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- A team-first mindset with a positive, energetic approach
- Ability to build and maintain relationships across teams and with clients
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Primarily desk-based with extended periods of computer use
- Frequent sitting, with occasional bending, kneeling, or repetitive movements
- Ability to lift or move up to 100+ lbs occasionally
- Exposure to varying noise and temperature conditions
