We're looking for an organised, tech-savvy Administrative Assistant to support our leadership team. You'll report to and work closely under one of our Executive Assistants, and also pitch in with ad hoc admin for leaders across the business.
A big part of this role is travel — you'll be booking and coordinating a lot of it, so a genuine interest in the logistics of travel planning will go a long way. Beyond that, we want someone who naturally gravitates towards new tools and AI, and who looks for smarter ways to get things done.

What Will You Do?
Book and manage travel — flights, hotels, transfers, and itineraries
Support calendar management and scheduling for leadership
Process expenses and reconcile claims across teams
Handle ordering and procurement requests (office supplies, equipment, subscriptions)
Provide general admin support to team leaders as needed
Use AI and productivity tools to work efficiently and improve how things run
What You Will Bring:
Genuinely into tech and AI tools — you use them, follow them, and look for ways to apply them
An interest in travel planning and logistics (this is a real plus here)
Organised, detail-oriented, and good at juggling priorities
Confident communicator — comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and a variety of people across different environments, written and verbal
Proactive and happy to work independently once pointed in the right direction
Professional and discreet with sensitive information
Nice to Have:
Experience with Smartsheet, Claude, ChatGPT, Concur, or travel booking apps
Familiarity with Microsoft 365
Any prior admin or EA support experience — internships count

Salary Range:
$40,000 - $55,000
