The company’s Tablo™ system is the consumer product version of what today is a terribly complex and prohibitively cumbersome machine for patients to use themselves. We combined consumer product simplicity, wireless data transmission and real-time integrated water purification to enable dialysis anytime, in any setting, managed by anyone.
Tablo is the first new dialysis technology approved by FDA in over 15 years. Designed to dramatically improve the care experience for patients and the cost-efficiency for providers and payers, Tablo is aimed at enabling service model innovation in a space that has not fundamentally changed since the 1980s. The company is in the early stages of full commercial launch in US dialysis clinics and hospitals, with a clinical trial underway to expand FDA clearance to include the use of the device at home.
Position Overview:
The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the candidate's interview experience. We are looking for an organized and dedicated Recruiting Coordinator to support our hiring efforts as we grow our organization. You will be a reliable partner with our recruiters, hiring managers and candidates, contributing to the overall success of our recruiting process. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter who can be a flexible team player and wants to grow with that company as it continues to expand at a fast pace. He or she must be a friendly go-getter, a self-directed problem solver, a master at multi-tasking with precise follow-through, and a believer in delivering white-glove service to every candidate. Will utilize numerous systems including Greenhouse, our Applicant Tracking System.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process as follows:
- Support and partner with Recruiters to provide high quality experience to candidates throughout recruitment process.
- Maintain an efficient process at all stages of the interview process.
- Collaborate with Recruiters on events or projects as needed.
- Works with lead recruiter to obtain relevant information to open requisition and route requisition for formal approvals.
- Tracks approval status and provides updates as needed.
- Posts jobs to various job boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Outset’s Careers Center.
- Assists hiring manager and recruiter with sourcing applicant resumes.
- Schedules and coordinates telephone, video, and in-person interviews utilizing Microsoft Outlook and Zoom.
- Creates interview schedules and distributes to interview team.
- Schedules and organizes debrief meetings.
- Conducting background checks.
- Process candidate reimbursement.
- Coordinates with company’s travel management agency to book travel and lodging for applicants, if necessary.
- Maintains records on recruiting activities as required.
- Researches, analyzes, prepares and presents hiring and statistics upon request.
- Maintain data in Greenhouse to ensure integrity and accuracy.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2-3 years recruiting coordinator, office administration or customer service experience required.
- Must be a natural troubleshooter and demonstrate proactivity when issues arise.
- Must be approachable and demonstrate high level of customer service.
- Tech savvy, comfortable communicating virtually and learning new office tools, keeping abreast of advances in technology and social media.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse is a plus!)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, and possess excellent time management and organizational skills, with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Consistently maintains a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Able to function well autonomously and as a team member.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrates interests in growing subject matter expertise and pursues development opportunities.
- Understands Outset’s values and lives them in personal behavior.
