YOUR MISSION
- Establish, lead and develop the Sportstyle Business Development team with a strong business understanding
- and service mentality
- Be responsible that product strategy is delivered and followed through across all Sportstyle business segments
- (be the owner of the pre-seasonal alignment)
- Implement a new collaborative business approach towards regions, areas & markets to grow Sportstyle business
- Oversee and steer key strategic projects e.g.; digitalization, Sportstyle on Ecom etc.
- Responsible to steer operational excellence in the Business Unit to optimize processes & drive digitalization
- Implement and oversee accurate reporting and KPI management across Sportstyle Business Unit
- Implement agile teams and agile ways of working
- Be the Sportstyle business partner for top customers – own sell-in master presentation
- Be the Sportstyle business partner for own Ecom/Retail.
YOUR TALENT
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- Minimum 10 years international experience in the field of Business Development, Sales, Marketing and Merchandising with top tier international sports company, with 3+ years leadership experience required
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Credible knowledge of the sportswear/fashion industry
- General knowledge of international retail environment and interest for new trends and technologies
- Awareness of agile working methods to foster collaboration with key stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills. High initiative, high energy, passionate, decisive, eye for detail, confident
- Strong analytical, overall business orientation
- Ability to convincingly present
- Domestic and international travel required.
