  • Communicate results to executives, demonstrating the added value from innovation efforts and identifying any challenges.

Manage the Innovation and AI team focused on both discoverability and exploration

  • Systemize approaches to structure and boost innovation throughout the organization and in the digital products and innovation teams (product discoverability, innovation cycle management, accelerator programs, open innovation, etc.).
  • Champion a culture of experimentation within the teams to encourage rapid iteration and continuous learning.
  • Explore and integrate AI and emerging technologies
  • Explore and direct AI-based solutions to drive content and experiences with high added value for our audiences.
  • Partner will all departments and fields of expertise to ethically and transparently integrate AI and other emerging technologies.
  • Promote AI adoption and development at all corporate levels based on learnings from digital content.
  • Manage federating partnerships related to innovation and AI (industry sectors, universities, Médias Francophones Publics, IVADO).
  • Sit on various internal and external AI governance committees to influence the AI approaches of other groups and partners.

Communicate and cooperate inside and outside the organization

  • Propel collaboration among internal teams, external partners and industry experts to foster open innovation.
  • Influence our internal partners to streamline and accelerate the development and implementation of master agreements.
  • Lead workshops to strengthen innovation competencies and AI adoption and facilitate change management among teams.
  • Regularly share learnings (gains, challenges and issues) with all corporate levels.
  • Organize and promote monitoring and collective intelligence for AI and other innovation initiatives.

Leadership and influence

  • Lead and/or participate in various cross-functional governance committees throughout the organization.
