National Fleet Account Manager Volvo - Drive Sales, Build Relationships, Lead the Charge!
Join a global leader in transport solutions and help drive the success of some of New Zealand’s largest fleets. We are seeking a high-performing National Fleet Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with key customers across the country. This role will see you partnering with major fleet operations, working closely with our branch network, and delivering outstanding sales and aftersales solutions that maximise customer uptime.

Your Mission
You will take ownership of strategic fleet accounts and build strong, trusted partnerships with customer stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing national and multi-site fleet customers
Champion Volvo's newest products by showing the world what sets our trucks apart
Hunt for new business expanding our reach with fresh opportunities and untapped markets
Own existing relationships by maintaining and growing a loyal client base with relentless dedication
Coordinating with regional teams to ensure consistent delivery of national agreements,
Promote our brand core values making sure every customer feels the Volvo difference through us after sales Parts & Service operations
What You Bring
Experience in key or national account management
Background in heavy transport, automotive or capital equipment (preferred)
A track record of hitting sales targets and winning new clients
Fearless communication skills - whether it's a cold call or a contract negotiation, you know how to get things done
The ability to solve problems and think on your feet to turn customer challenges into opportunities
A keen eye for market trends, pricing strategies, and competitive intelligence
A relentless focus on customer satisfaction - because no one gets left behind
