Director, Distribution Planning

Position Summary

As a Director of Distribution Planning at Oncor, you’ll direct all Distribution Planning activities associated with the overall development of Oncor Electric Delivery’s load serving substations and the electric distribution system. This role is responsible for the development and execution of all policies, standards, and procedures required to maintain an evolving distribution development plan. The distribution plan requires safe, reliable operability, orderly, and cost-effective expansion of Oncor’s distribution system. This role is responsible for identifying and incorporating the impact of emerging trends, developing and advocating policy changes at relevant external organizations, and incorporating strategic decisions that support Oncor’s competitive objectives.
