The Senior Associate, Transaction & Processing, is responsible for monitoring the status of real estate taxes and ensuring timely payment in accordance with established deadlines. Key responsibilities include preparing escrow analyses, generating reports as required, and conducting quality assurance reviews of commercial loans. The Senior Associate identifies opportunities to improve compliance and operational efficiency, and collaborates closely with the India team to execute various processes and ensure seamless workflow integration.
