Your Responsibilities: -
Design and deliver high‑quality marketing and communications materials across print and digital channels, aligned with Toll’s brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
Develop creative assets including presentations, sales collateral, publications, event materials, videos, internal communications, and digital content.
Act as the brand custodian, ensuring consistent, accurate, and high‑standard application of Toll’s visual identity across all internal and external touchpoints.
Own, maintain, and continuously evolve the Toll Brand Guidelines, Brand Manual, templates, and design toolkits.
Create, manage, and govern a centralised library of approved brand assets, ensuring accessibility, version control, and compliance.
Serve as the primary point of contact for design requests across the business, providing guidance on scope, priorities, and delivery timelines.
Collaborate closely with Group Marketing, Communications, and broader internal stakeholders to deliver effective, fit‑for‑purpose design solutions.
Liaise with and manage external agencies, freelancers, and suppliers as required to support design delivery.
Manage and organise brand and design assets within SharePoint or similar digital asset management platforms.
Stay current with evolving design tools, software, and industry trends, proactively driving improvements in quality, efficiency, and creative innovation.
You have:
Minimum of 8 years’ experience in a professional, commercial design environment.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Advanced PowerPoint capability, including presentation design and visual storytelling.
Proven experience designing both print and digital assets within corporate or commercial settings.
Videography and photography skills are highly desirable.
Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design, Fine Art, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
Strong ability to manage multiple projects from concept to final delivery in a fast‑paced environment.
High attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality and brand consistency.
Results‑oriented, flexible, and able to perform effectively under tight deadlines.
Excellent time management, prioritisation, and organisational skills.
Demonstrated stakeholder management and project coordination capability.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent interpersonal effectiveness.
