Job description:
Our team is dedicated to cultivating the best cannabis while maintaining a pest-free environment. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IPM Technician (Integrated Pest Management Technician) to join our cultivation team.
You will work closely with the cultivation team to implement Pest Control strategies that maintain plant health.
Responsibilities:
- Operating spray rigs.
- Monitor and inspect plants regularly.
- Implement strategies to prevent and manage pest outbreaks.
- Follow all safety protocols and compliance regulations.
- Maintain accurate record
Requirements:
- Spraying or IPM experience preferred
- Cannabis or crop cultivation experience preferred
- Must be 21 years of age or older and able to pass a LiveScan background check in accordance with state cannabis regulations.
