Job Description
What will you be doing?

Develop and maintain quality procedures aligned with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.

Review engineering drawings, specifications, and project documents to ensure quality requirements are clearly defined and achievable.

Conduct inspections and tests on materials, components, and finished products using measurement tools, testing equipment, and established protocols.

Monitor production processes to verify compliance with quality plans and identify deviations early.

Lead root-cause analysis for nonconformities and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports, test records, nonconformance reports, and audit findings.

Coordinate with suppliers to verify incoming material quality and resolve supplier-related issues.

Support internal and external audits, including ISO, customer, or regulatory audits.

Train production teams on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives using tools such as Six Sigma, SPC, or Lean methodologies.
