Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Executive to manage shipping documentation and ensure seamless coordination between internal teams (Customer Service, Warehouse, etc.) and external partners (Freight Forwarders, Agents, 3PL, etc.).
What will you be doing?
- Prepare and manage shipping documents (Delivery Note, Invoice, Packing List, SDS, COA, etc.).
- Coordinate with internal teams and external logistics providers to ensure smooth. shipment arrangements from the factory (3PL) to customers.
- Ensure compliance with shipping requirements and logistics regulations.
- Address any logistical challenges to maintain efficient operations.
Who are You?
- Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or shipping coordination related jobscope.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
What competencies will you need?
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle logistics challenges.
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination.
- Proficiency in ERP/SAP systems and Microsoft Excel/Word.
- Positive attitude and ability to multitask efficiently.
