POSITION OPENING
SCHOOL-AGE CARE LEAD PROGRAM ASSISTANT 

Eden Prairie Schools is seeking a School-Age Care Lead Program Assistant to assist in the implementation and delivery of the Eagle Zone school-age care program, and in the support of out-of-school-time programming at the site level in accordance with quality assessment tools. POSITION: School-Age Care Lead Program Assistant
LOCATION:Eagle Zone Sites
CLASSIFICATION:MSEA Level 2
RATE OF PAY:$21.11/hour
HOURS PER DAY:Varies
START & ENDING TIME:Morning shift ranges from 6:15-start of school day
Afternoon shift ranges from end of school day to 6:00pm
WORKING DAYS PER YEAR:Monday-Friday, 172 days/year
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Certification:

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • First Aid and CPR certification preferred. Training will be required for all staff. The program will offer training to all staff who are not certified.

 Experience:

  • Two years of post secondary education in Child Development, education, or related field, preferred
  • One-year successful experience working with PreK-Grade 5 aged children in a childcare or education setting, preferred.
